Here is how an Oliver Tread order travels, and what delivery costs.
Our delivery area
We deliver to street addresses in the contiguous 48 United States. Addresses in Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and military APO/FPO/DPO destinations fall outside this delivery area. Our business address is in Anchorage; that does not extend the checkout delivery area.
Two parts to the journey
Order processing takes 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once the parcel is dispatched, standard transit takes 3–7 days. Processing and transit are separate periods. Tracking information is emailed when available so you can follow the parcel with its carrier.
These are estimated windows rather than a guaranteed arrival date. Weather, carrier disruptions and holidays can affect arrival. If an unexpected delay prevents us from dispatching as described, we will contact you with a revised estimate and the option to cancel for a refund before dispatch.

The threshold excludes any applicable tax. The shipping charge appears in your bag and at checkout after a destination is entered.
Before the parcel leaves
Double-check the street address, apartment or suite, state and ZIP code. For a correction or cancellation, email [email protected] with the order number. Once a parcel is dispatched, address changes and cancellations may no longer be possible.
If delivery does not look right
A missing scan, damaged box or incorrect item deserves a closer look. Contact [email protected] or 808-857-8443. Keep the packing materials and take clear photos of damage or the item received. We will review the details and help resolve the issue.
