Shopping with us
Use the site lawfully and provide accurate contact and address information. You must be able to enter a binding purchase agreement. Keep account credentials private and contact us if you suspect unauthorized account activity.
Product information and pricing
Prices are in U.S. dollars. Any applicable tax and delivery charge appear at checkout. We describe materials and size labels on each product page; photo color can vary with screen settings. Check the particular pair’s fit information before choosing a size. Casual footwear is not protective equipment or specialized athletic gear.
If a material listing or pricing error affects an order, we will contact you to explain and offer a correction or cancellation with a refund. We do not substitute a different pair without agreement.
Orders and delivery
An order acknowledgment confirms receipt of the order information. Orders remain subject to acceptance, accurate information and availability. We may decline an order involving an error, fraud concern or an address outside our delivery area. Any amount collected for an order we cannot fulfill will be refunded.
Delivery is to the contiguous 48 United States. Processing takes 1–3 business days, followed by standard transit of 3–7 days. Standard shipping costs $6.99 below $59 and is free on merchandise subtotals of $59 or more after discounts. See the Shipping Policy for details and delay handling.
Returns and order issues
You have a 30-day window after delivery to ask for a return. The Refund Policy explains condition requirements, the return address, postage and inspection. Please contact us about an incorrect, faulty or transit-damaged pair so we can review an appropriate remedy.
Website content and acceptable use
Oliver Tread branding and original site content may not be copied for commercial use without permission. Do not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access or submit harmful material through forms.
Responsibility and applicable rights
We take reasonable care to keep the shop accurate and accessible. Access can be interrupted by events beyond our reasonable control. To the extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses arising from site use. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded. Applicable U.S. federal law and Alaska law govern these terms, subject to mandatory protections in your state.
